Terms and Conditions

Check-in and check-out times:

The hotel sets check-in time as 2 p.m. and check-out time as 11 a.m.

Early Check In – Late Check Out:

The value of these additional charges corresponds to 50% of the daily rate for early check-ins from 9:00 a.m. and late check-outs between 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Subject to availability.

If you arrive before 9:00 a.m. and depart after 6:00 p.m., you will be charged 100% of the nightly rate.

Smoke-free spaces

Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms, only in designated public areas of the hotel. Failure to comply may result in fines to cover the costs of cleaning and sanitizing the areas.

Pets

The hotel does not allow pets.

Accessibility for people with disabilities or reduced or limited mobility.

We do not have rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility. If you require one, please indicate this when making your reservation, or you can contact us to make your reservation.

Responsibility and Safety

-The hotel provides a safe in each room and therefore accepts no responsibility for damage to or loss of valuables within the hotel.

-Furthermore, the rooms contain valuable items. Guests will be held responsible for any damage, theft, or loss. All expenses incurred for repair or replacement will be paid by the guest in accordance with the rate assigned by the establishment.

-The hotel is not responsible for changes or cancellations related to or arising as a result of fires, epidemics or health risks, technical problems with transportation, flight delays due to weather or mechanical reasons, closed airports or ports, or any event of force majeure beyond the control of the property.

-By making a reservation, you agree to our policies and conditions.

 

Services and excursions

External services and excursions are booked directly with the provider and are subject to their own terms and conditions.
The hotel acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for cancellations or changes to services contracted to third parties.
